Terms and Conditions

Guarantee Policy:
  • All reservations, either on a Regular or a Restricted Rate must be guaranteed by advance payment.
Cancellation Policy:
  • Reservation must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the planned date of arrival.
  • Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation charge.
Terms and Conditions:
  • Check-in and Check-out time is 12 noon.
  • Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply.
  • Any change in taxes and/or any other levies/charges/ fees will be chargeable extra, as prevalent during the stay.
  • Children up to 6 years stay free in parent’s room when using existing bed(s) in room. Extra bed if required will be charged at INR 999/-.
  • Children aged 7 years and older are fully charged at INR 999/-
  • To enable us to arrange and confirm the airport transfers, we would need to have the complete flight details at least 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. Failing which the hotel would not be in a position to organize the airport transfers. We would not be able to entertain last minute requests as well.

Ensuring safety at every stage

  • Mandatory use of protective gear including masks and gloves for all our associates.
  • Regular temperature checks of all guests, associates and partners upon entering the hotel premises.
  • Rigorous deep cleaning and application of disinfectants in guest rooms and restaurants.
  • Cleaning of all high-touch points like door handles, elevator buttons, counter tops, table tops and railings with disinfectant at regular intervals.
  • Deployment of task force under the guidance of our partners and a dedicated Hygiene Manager, to ensure that all protocols are strictly followed across all hotels.

Maintaining highest standards of food hygiene

  • Restaurant seating to ensure social distancing.
  • ntroduction of an e-menu that can be viewed by guests on their respective phones.
  • Use of hand sanitizers in restaurants.
  • Washing and sanitization of vegetables, fruits and groceries.
  • Preparation of food in small quantities to ensure fresh food is served to the guests.
  • Washing of all dishes at 80 degrees Celsius.
